Once we have pinpointed the outsourcing campaign that will help you achieve your goals – we will create your Sidekiiks Account. We will then hand pick the Sidekiik Agent(s) with the skills best suited to meet your needs, and one of our training specialists will introduce you to your new employee. We have all the templates and systems in place to make it easy for your Sidekiik to get up to speed with you and your company.

Your Sidekiik will feel like they are in the office next door. You can communicate with them via email, instant message or through your dedicated project Workroom.

We can also set your agent up with a local phone number or even have them use one of your unused company phone lines. Isn’t technology great!
