Sidekiiks requires a minimum of 2 months on our campaigns as the second month and onwards is when our relationship with our clients truly begins to bear its fruits. After 2 months you continue on a monthly basis giving you the flexibility you need. On campaigns that require more than 5 Agents there is a more in depth agreement put in place. Just ask our executive staff about this during your consultation.
This depends on how many people you require and any specific skills requested. If we do not have an agent available for your campaign or with the desired skill set, we will require 1-2 weeks to place the appropriate agent. Sidekiiks maintains high standards for our employees and we take the time and attention to hire and train agents that we and our clients can be proud to work with.
At Sidekiiks, the security and confidentiality of our clients is one of our top priorities. We have taken a number of measures to ensure our clients' information is securely protected.
- Signing non-disclosure agreements with our clients and a non-disclosure contract with our staff
- Full background checks on all staff
- Workstations do not have external storage devices such as CD drives and USB ports.
- Limited internet access workstations and clean workstations
- Biometric security access to the production floor with limited keycard access to sensitive areas such as the server rooms
Yes. We work closely with our clients to train our Agents during the account mobilization period. This process starts with information gathering about your business. We walk you the full way through the process to ensure your agent has all the tools needed for a successful campaign. If you do not have a professional call script developed, our business consultants will work with you to develop a winning message that will achieve results.
At the end of the prescribed training period, we will hold a final account mobilization meeting with you. This meeting is referred to as our 'Red Light - Green Light' meeting. We will present recordings of internal calls made and make any final adjustments needed before the campaign goes 'live.' If further training is needed, the campaign launch will be postponed. If you are comfortable with the level of knowledge and ability presented by the agent, the campaign goes live.

Each of our campaigns can have a local inbound/outbound number assigned based on your requirements. We never display an overseas number of any of our campaigns. If you prefer to display your organizations phone number on outbound calls, we can accomodate that requirement also. We will review your requirements with you during campaign setup.
Your Sidekiik Agents are fully managed by our North American management team and their management support staff at all times. We train, supervise, and motivate all of our staff to make sure they are performing at their best at all times. The result is a highly focussed and motivated staff member that represents your organization to the best of their ability day in and day out.
Our Inbound and Outbound calling campaigns are managed by our Team Leaders. You will be provided with a direct local phone number so that you can reach your campaign Team Leader at your convenience. If you are working with a Virtual Assistant, you will have the ability to connect with your agent via email, Skype, or direct local phone number should you choose to have one setup. Online Marketing Assistant packages are setup with a designated Account Manager that will have an in depth knowledge of your marketing program. Our service is designed so that you are in the 'know' about your project whenever you need to be.
